All in person sales include the following:

We advertise and promote your sale on the Sisters In Charge website (over 20,000 views) and also “18” other tag sale related Web Sites. All tag sale websites send out a mailing list pertaining to your sale the week of the sale! We share your sale on all social media and in Newsday.
We transform the home into a department store, by beautifully displaying/organizing all items on tables that we supply. We also ensure ease of traffic and safety throughout the home. We will caution off any private areas. And ensure security throughout Your home.
We empty all the closets, cabinets, dressers, and storage areas. We remove items from attics, garage, sheds and basements. We organize all items into their categories, beautifully displayed on tables with tablecloths.
Your items are priced according to current fair market value. We research to ensure the best possible prices for your possessions. An appraiser is available to guarantee the best fair market price for your treasures.
We ensure the home is staffed by all personnel necessary to conduct your sale in the most secure manner according to the house size. We use one-way-only entrance and exits, secret shoppers are staffed throughout the home.
We supply all the equipment/personnel necessary to conduct sale setup – i.e., tables, clothes racks, book cases, jewelry cases, pricing labels etc. We supply bags and wrapping for easy customer carry out. We supply initial Start up monies ($100.00) for conducting sale.We bring it all on setup day!
Brightly colored yellow signs will be placed in your town area directing traffic to your sale. We put signage inside your home to direct foot traffic. We discard all signs after sale. We follow local town ordinances.

Online Auctions

All in person sales include the following:
As opposed to an Estate Sale the Online Auction does not have anyone enter your house except our professional staff. Our trained staff will come to your home and take professional photographs displaying all valued items you are selling.Each item is photographed, researched, and cataloged. With years of experience we put forth our unique photography efforts to ensure your items are portrayed properly.
Every item/lot that is photographed in your home will be inventoried and cataloged. Each item will have a specific lot number representing that specific lot. This ensures accuracy during your online auction.
Your online auction photographer will edit and upload your auction items along with creating a unique detailed description of each item. All items will be researched for accuracy.
We advertise and promote your Online Auction on the Sisters In Charge website (over 20,000 views) and also “18” other tag sale/online auction related Web Sites. We also will send out a mass email blast consisting of over 10k unsolicited emails multiple times while your online auction is live. We will advertise your online auction on all social media!
Your Online Auction will be “Live” and open for bidding for 7-14 days. This is a completely transparent process and you can watch the whole auction happen in real time for the duration of the auction. We will handle everything else for you!
Once your Online Auction has closed we will schedule an auction pick up date with you. We will arrive fully staffed, only our staff will be allowed to enter your home. Our professional movers will be onsite to help carry out any large items to the winning bidders, so there’s no stress about strangers lugging furniture throughout your home.
